Prepayment Plans

This involves a one time up front fee with a fee on each visit.  This plan is beneficial for patients that see us on a more regular basis.  We have individual and family plans and offer two options.

Individual:

$225 for an individual, this includes all adjustments and heat or ice.  $25 is payable at each visit.

Family:

$275 for a family, this includes all adjustments and all therapies (excluding massage therapy).  $25 is payable at each visit.

If you see us more than 16 times as a family or 13 as an individual, this program will cost less than our same day discount.

Chiropractic and Massage Wellness Program

With this program, you receive a 30 minute massage and adjustment monthly for $55.  A six or twelve month commitment is required and your credit card will be billed once a month.

Also, Flex Plans and HSA plans can be used to pay for chiropractic care.

We also offer Care Credit, which is a credit card that offers low and no interest payment plans.
